Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all table and corridor bookings have been suspended until further notice.
If you had booked a table with us and would like to get your deposit back, please email admin@ursu.ca.
On and off campus groups can book a table through URSU in the Riddell Center, Laboratory Building, and Classroom Building. Table bookings can be an effective way to market your events, products, or to get feedback from students and the larger university community.

| Not-for-profit Individual or Group | First 15 table rentals each year are free. $50/table/day for each additional table rental. |
All groups except for Student Centres are also required to pay a deposit before their table rental begins. This deposit is refunded if we are able to confirm that the table has not been damaged or moved at the end of your rental.
There are significant restrictions on serving food or beverages from the tables.
