University of Regina Students’ Union (“URSU”) is in search of a vendor to enter into a sublease agreement for a 726-square-foot space at Room 131, Riddell Centre (University of Regina). The intent is for the vendor to run a custom-built café and kitchen in this leased area. The proposed start date is July 15th, 2023, with the vendor gaining access to the space on July 30th, 2023.

The selected vendor will be tasked with supplying food and beverages in the leased premises to serve students, faculty, and visitors throughout the year (referred to as the “Food Services”). There are potential collaboration opportunities with URSU to cater to pre-arranged groups, including student clubs, societies, and event reservations. URSU desires high-quality offerings, served promptly to ensure an excellent customer experience.
