  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 cups noodles
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Protein of choice (beans, chickpeas, chicken, beef, etc.)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a shallow baking dish, add tomato soup, water, noodles, onion, bell pepper and protein
  3. Stir ingredients together
  4. Top with shredded cheese
  5. Cover and bake for 40 minutes
  6. Optional: take off the cover and broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp the cheese
